The perfect way to relax and enjoy a quieter, yet still thrilling day at the races. Your behind the scenes tour of the July Racecourse takes place before the start of the day’s racing and gives you the chance to experience areas of the racecourse that are usually off limits to the public. Our tour guides will give you an insight into the history of racing in Newmarket and some fabulous racing tales from days gone by. For those new to racing there is also the chance to learn how to read a race card, how to place a bet and how to spot a winner (well in theory anyway!).

Afterwards you will be able to enjoy the Champions Lawn enclosure with its superb views of the racecourse and stylish surroundings. Here you can sit back and enjoy all the comforts and privileges of this exclusive area with private bar, toilets and free race card as well as full access to the Premier Enclosure.
