Join us on one of our exclusive tours featuring the dynamic training partnership of John and Thady Gosden at Clarehaven Stables. This elite behind-the-scenes tour will include a morning on the gallops with one of these multiple Group 1 winning champion trainers.

Tours run on selected dates throughout the year and cost £160 per person.

Join us on one of our exclusive tours featuring the dynamic training partnership of John and Thady Gosden at Clarehaven Stables. This elite behind-the-scenes tour will include a morning on the gallops with one of these multiple Group 1 winning champion trainers. Who knows what equine stars you will see on this very special tour – surely a must for all avid racing fans!

Your tour also includes brunch at the fabulous Bedford Lodge Hotel followed by a guided tour of Newmarket’s National Stud, including a personalised parade of the resident Stallions.

All in all, an unforgettable day!

08.00 Meet your tour guide in the car park at the Bedford Lodge Hotel (where you can park free of charge) and embark on our Discover Newmarket Tour Bus to enjoy a driving tour around Newmarket, taking in the famous sights including some of the Newmarket Training Grounds.

08.30 Arrive at Clarehaven Stables to meet a member of the Gosden Team and gain a glimpse of life at a Champion Trainer’s yard before heading to the Gallops with John or Thady Gosden.

10.00 Return to Bedford Lodge Hotel for brunch served in their 2AA rosette restaurant.

11.30 Depart for a guided tour of the National Stud which includes a Parade of the Stallions in residence. Learn about the history and role of this 500-acre stud farm and meet some of the mares and foals.

13.00 You will then return to the Bedford Lodge Hotel to collect your vehicle.
